The client’s request was clear: to create a digital tool capable of integrating the catalogs of all the companies in the group into a single platform, providing on-the-ground sales agents with quick and intuitive access to the full product range.
The solution also had to meet the following requirements:
✓ Customized access: Each company in the group needed access to a private area to upload its products and product categories via standard files such as Excel.
✓ Simplified agent management: Sales agents needed to be able to create custom offers by selecting items from the global catalog directly from their tablets and send tailor-made catalogs to clients.
✓ Operational autonomy: The Altofare Group wanted a platform that would allow for maximum independence in managing catalogs, agents, clients, and products, without requiring external technical support.

1. Integration of Company Catalogs
The digital platform, developed on October CMS
ensures smooth and effective integration of company catalogs from the various entities within the Altofare Group.
Each company has access to a reserved area, protected by personalized login credentials, through which it can autonomously manage its own data.
Thanks to semi-automated upload procedures, companies can import standard-format files such as Excel or CSV, containing information on products and categories. This process minimizes manual errors and speeds up catalog updates.
The uploaded data is automatically integrated into a unified global catalog that aggregates the full offering of the group’s companies.
October CMS, based on the Laravel framework, enables the implementation of a modular and scalable system for managing large volumes of data.
Custom modules ensure real-time synchronization and updating of catalogs, guaranteeing that agents in the field always have access to the most up-to-date information.
Moreover, the system includes centralized permission management, ensuring each company can view and modify only its own data without interference.

Thanks to advanced search and dynamic filters, they can quickly find relevant products by browsing categories, materials, finishes, and other technical specifications.

Generating Custom Catalogs
A standout feature of the system is the ability to create tailor-made catalogs for each client.
Agents can select the products of interest and generate a personalized PDF file, complete with images, descriptions, and technical specifications.
