Favs faced the need to optimize the management process of quotation requests coming from university laboratories.
Each university department is divided into multiple labs, each with specific needs and requiring access to personalized pricing and dedicated offers.
The required system had to:

  • Provide dedicated access credentials for each laboratory

  • Allow browsing of a vast and complex product catalog

  • Support the creation and archiving of structured quotation requests

  • Comply with public sector regulations, requiring that orders be processed exclusively through the MEPA portal


Additionally, the integration needed to efficiently manage a large amount of data already stored in the company’s ERP system (SAM) without increasing the client’s workload.

What We Developed

We created a tailor-made B2B portal designed to meet the unique needs of Favs and its customers.
At the heart of the solution is an API-based integration system that connects the portal directly to the SAM ERP.
The system enables the creation, saving, and dynamic archiving of quotation requests, allowing custom naming for each offer and easy retrieval. Once a quote is completed, the portal automatically sends a formal request to the company via email, professionally formatted with Favs branding.

  • Submit Requests Instantly: Once finalized, the quote is automatically sent to Favs’ sales team via a branded email notification. The request is processed within the SAM ERP.
